1. Description of Service
Quadlingua is a marketplace platform connecting language learners and tutors in an online environment (via video conference). The Company is the technology provider facilitating this service, not the direct provider of educational services.

2. Account Security & Registration
The User declares that the information provided during registration (Name, Email) is accurate. Account security is the user's responsibility. Quadlingua cannot be held liable for damages resulting from sharing your password with third parties.

3. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are collected via the secure Stripe infrastructure. Subscriptions automatically renew at each billing cycle unless canceled by the user. The User accepts current pricing and plan details.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Rules
Lessons can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within less than 4 hours will result in the deduction of the lesson credit.

5. Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Users unsatisfied with their first trial lesson are entitled to a 100% refund or a free replacement. For subscriptions, refunds can be requested for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Used lessons are non-refundable.

6. User Conduct
Behaviors violating general morality, harassment, discrimination, or threats are strictly prohibited. Attempting to direct tutors or students off-platform (soliciting external payments) will result in permanent account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Quadlingua brand, logo, software code, and site content are the property of the Company. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Use of the Platform by Children
Users under 18 may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Child accounts found without parental consent will be terminated.

9. Disclaimer
Quadlingua does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by tutors or the quality of lessons, though we implement audit mechanisms. The Company is not liable for damages arising from technical failures (internet outages, etc.).

10. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom). Quadlingua is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites.

11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete the account of any user violating these Terms of Use without prior notice.

12. Amendments
Quadlingua reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on the site.

13. Force Majeure
The Company cannot be held liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, cyber-attacks, or general infrastructure outages.

14. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
For disputes arising from this agreement, the laws and courts of the Company's location (Estonia) shall apply. However, where local consumer laws mandate, the courts of the User's country of residence may also have jurisdiction.
